2023 TYFA CHEER CHAMPIONS
Cheer
Cheer is available in the fall and is a squad looking for energetic girls and boys to exemplify team spirit, unity and leadership. NC Jag cheerleaders cheer for football games and then (in the fall only) have a State Cheer Competition. Light travel is required as the squad will cheer at home and away games. They will also travel along with the football team when playoffs begin. In the Cheer Program there are 5 eligible age brackets all of which may compete.

Games can and will be played on Saturday or Sunday. Schedules will be released to families once TYFA has finalized them.

Cheer squad will participate in fundraising alongside the football teams and may provide additional opportunities as they arise. Cheer parents are expected to serve 3 volunteer hours per household. Sign up opportunities will be sent by Cheer Coach.
